I am a former Senior Assistant Attorney General and Practice Group Leader of the Workers’ Compensation Section at the Office of the Attorney General for the State of Georgia. Prior to my twelve (12) year tenure at the Attorney General’s Office, I was employed as a defense attorney for one of the largest insurance companies in the United States. I have twenty-nine (29) years of experience as a defense attorney in the areas of workers’ compensation, labor and employment, and civil rights litigation. This extensive experience allows me to provide an effective strategy for each case and anticipate any moves made by the defense.
I have extensive experience in the courtroom and have represented clients in both bench and jury trials. I also have extensive experience representing clients in both the state and federal appellate courts.
I will zealously represent each client and your case will not be settled early in the process simply to generate a fee for my services. I am fully prepared to litigate your case through each stage of the litigation process.
